Service Type and General Policy
ThinkFit offers a subscription-based online service for employees' holistic fitness. The admin from an organization hosts company-wide fitness challenges, like step counts for all its employees. Users walk and accrue points which they redeem via the store. The Admin recharges the org wallet so that employees can redeem rewards.
As a policy for this service, all sales or redemptions from users via the store are final, subject to the specific exceptions outlined below.
Cancellation Policy (Subscription Termination)
Admin can cancel the subscription to The ThinkFit Service at any time.
How to Cancel
- Email: Send a cancellation request to our support email: thethinkfit@thinkingcode.com with subject as "Cancellation Request".
- Website: Go to app.thethinkfit.in and fill the form under "Contact Us".
Effect of Cancellation
- Your org account will be frozen, and users will not be allowed to do redemptions.
- Your wallet balance will be refunded to you after processing.
Refund Policy (Eligibility for Money Back)
We offer refunds only under specific, limited circumstances as detailed below:
Refund Eligibility Criteria
New Subscription (Money Back Guarantee): If you are a first-time subscriber and cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method with minimal processing fees.
Service Fault / Inability to Access: If the Service is completely unavailable for a continuous period of one week or more due to a fault on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue, you are eligible for a pro-rata refund. The wallet balance will be refunded if required or can be carried forward depending on the admin's wish.
Any other case: For refunds due to various reasons not listed above, refunds will be processed after deducting a processing fee of flat 10%.
Non-Refundable Items & Redemptions
The following are generally not eligible for a refund:
- After Redemption: Once a user redeems from the store, the wallet balance decreases proportionately and will not be available for refund. Users and admins cannot claim refunds on redeemed points.
- Commission Charges: No refunds will be admissible from the commission charges which are essential and act as platform fees.
- Third-Party Purchases: In the future, if we integrate a third-party store, any services or products purchased through external partners or affiliates will not be refundable.
Refund or Cancellation Processing
Follow the steps below to initiate and process your refund or cancellation request:
Step 1: Initiate Request
If you meet the eligibility criteria, send a refund request via email to thethinkfit@thinkingcode.com with the subject "REFUND / CANCELLATION REQUEST".
Step 2: Required Information
Include your full name, email, date of purchase, amount paid, and the clear reason for the refund/cancellation.
Step 3: Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 3-4 business days.
